The first step is to understand the nature of the issue, and apply the appropriate troubleshooting techniques.

With that in mind, it is imperative get a clear idea of the issue by asking the Avamar end user or Customer to describe in detail.

Once the issue is clear, the logs and environment information needed for the troubleshooting should be collected.
