1.客户已升级到 3.1.12.10186894 或更高版本，以使用集中式 SRS 设置，因为集成 SRS 不再工作。
2.客户可能已将 VNXe 添加到具有不同 IP 地址的新 Secure Remote Services Gateway Server。
3.VNXe 无法通过 REST API 的端口 9443 与 Secure Remote Services Gateway Server 进行通信。

原因
使用 Secure Remote Services 时。来自戴尔产品的 ConnectHome 将发送到客户的 Secure Remote Services 解决方案。然后，通过 Secure Remote Services 隧道将其安全地传达给戴尔。如果不使用 Secure Remote Services，通常使用客户电子邮件服务器通过电子邮件将连接主机从产品发送到戴尔。

验证正确的 Secure Remote Services 网关 IP 地址是否已更新到 SMTP 选项下的 ConnectHome ID，可使用以下命令进行检查：
