エージェントがNullReferenceExceptionでサーバーへの登録に失敗する

対象製品:

• Dell Endpoint Security Suite Enterprise
• Dell Endpoint Security Suite Pro

エンド ユーザーは、Advanced Threat Preventionがアクティブ化されていないことに気付き、次の場所にあるDellAgentログ ファイルを確認します。

C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection

次のエラー メッセージが表示されます。

次のコマンドを実行して、WMIリポジトリを確認します。

winmgmt /verifyrepository

不整合が見つかった場合は、次のコマンドを実行します。

winmgmt /salvagerepository

システム トレイのDell Data Securityアイコンを右クリックし、[Check for Policy Updates]を選択します。エージェントが登録され、数分後にAdvanced Threat Preventionが緑色になります。
