Reset OMM to factory default settings
If the OMM password cannot be retrieved, you can use the reset option.
- Do one of the following:
- On the OMM
home page, tap
> Settings > Reset OpenManage Mobile.
- On the login page, tap .
- On the OMM
home page, tap
- When prompted to reset, tap

The Confirm Reset message is displayed.
- Tap
Reset.
The OMM End User License Agreement (EULA) page is displayed.
- Start OMM. Go to step-2 of Start OpenManage Mobile (OMM).
