Create a quota report schedule
You can configure quota report settings to generate the quota report on a specified schedule.
These settings determine whether and when scheduled reports are generated, and where and how the reports are stored. If you disable a scheduled report, you can still run unscheduled reports at any time.

On the
Quota Settings page, in the
Scheduled Reporting area, select
Scheduled.
The schedule panel appears.
- In the schedule panel, select the report frequency and reporting schedule options that you want to set.
- Click Save Changes.
Reports are generated according to the scheduling criteria and can be viewed by clicking .
