Removing the display assembly

  1. Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the base cover.
  3. Remove the battery.
  1. Open the display lid 180 degrees.
    Open the lid
  2. Remove the six (M2.5x3.5) screws [1] and remove the display assembly from the palmrest assembly [2].
