Removing expansion card

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer .
  2. Remove the cover.
  3. Pull the metal tab to open the expansion card latch. Figure displaying how to release the metal tab.
  4. To remove the expansion card:
    1. Pull the release tab at the base of the expansion card [1].
    2. Disconnect and lift the expansion card away from the connector [2].
