Error displayed when creating a local user account under certain conditions
- Description
- You may encounter the error, Error - User could not be saved when performing the following tasks:
- Create a new local user account in OME–Modular.
- Update the new user account name without changing the password.
- Delete the user account.
- Create a new local user account using the original account name.
- Workaround
- Always update the user account password when modifying the user account name.
- Run the racadm racresetcfg command to restore OME–Modular to factory defaults.
- You can use the same username with different cases as user account names are case insensitive. For example: "test01" and "Test01"
