Update SNMP Community

Description

This command creates a new name for an existing Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) community.

Syntax

set snmpCommunity communityName="snmpCommunityName" 
                                 newCommunityName="newSnmpCommunityName"

Parameters

Parameter

Description

communityName

The name of the existing SNMP community that you want to rename. Enclose the SNMP community name in double quotation marks (" ").

newCommunityName

The new name that you want to give to the SNMP community. Enclose the SNMP community name in double quotation marks (" ").
