Removing the internal chassis speaker

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the: .
    1. side cover
    2. front bezel
    3. 5.25 inch ODD bracket
  3. To remove the internal chassis speaker:
    1. Disconnect the speaker cable [1] from the front I/O module.
    2. Press the speaker securing tabs [2], then pull to release it from the system.
    3. Gently push the speaker [3] with its cable out of the system.
