Installing the primary memory

  1. Insert the primary memory into the memory socket.
    • NOTE: Install either two or four memory modules in the memory module slots to ensure optimum system performance. Installing one or three memory modules lead to system performance issues.
  2. Press the clips to secure the primary memory to the system board.
  3. Install the:
    1. base cover

    2. battery

    3. battery cover

  4. Follow the procedure in After working inside your computer .
