Activate the Connect and manage service

To approve your requests, the customer must first activate the Connect and manage service.

Steps

  1. Sign in to TechDirect.
  2. Go to Dashboard > Connect and manage.
  3. In the Connect and manage card, click Activate.

Results

The Connect and manage service is activated, and the Manage PC fleet card along with other cards are displayed.
