The Get Support page enables you to request for temporary administrator access to use SupportAssist. It also enables the IT administrator to access the available help and support options for your PC. If you need help with technical issues on your PC, you can contact our administrator for assistance. The IT administrator then tries to resolve the issues or contacts Dell Technical Support for further assistance.
The following table describes the help and support features that are displayed on the Get Support page:

NOTE:The maximum size of the file that you can send is 5 MB.
