Troubleshooting common issues

The Troubleshooting page enables you to troubleshoot common issues with network connectivity and PC performance without the assistance of your IT administrator.

Some troubleshooting options are dependent on the permissions that are provided by your IT administrator. To troubleshoot issues, your IT administrator must allow you to access the user interface and perform optimizations on your PC.

While scanning your PC, if a hardware issue is detected and a support request is created for the issue, the following links are disabled:

  • I want to check a specific piece of hardware
  • I want to scan my entire PC
  • My PC stopped responding or restarted unexpectedly. (I think it was a 'Blue Screen' Error.)
