Enable Windows Media Redirection
Prerequisites
Ensure that the Windows Media redirection policy is set to Allowed in Citrix Studio. By default, the value is set to Allowed.
About this task
Steps
- On the ThinOS desktop, click Connection Manager.
- Click Global Connection Settings.
- Select the Enable HDX/MMR check box for the ICA connection.
- Go to .
- On the Broker Setup tab, select Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops from the Broker type drop-down list.
- Enter the Citrix server in the Broker Server field, and click OK.
- Launch an ICA desktop.

Open Windows Media Player and play a video or an audio file.
