Cluster VD errors logged during I/O operation

Description:

Cluster VD errors are logged during I/O operation when PowerEdge MX740c or PowerEdge MX840c compute nodes and PowerEdge MX5016s servers are configured with Storage Spaces clustering and shared storage with Multi-Path I/O.

Workaround:

This is a known issue in Windows Server 2016, and Microsoft is aware of this issue. This issue is fixed in the September 2018 monthly update of Windows Server 2016. You must install this patch before configuring the PowerEdge MX5016s server in a shared storage mode (Enclosure Mode).
