Procedure

Close the display and turn the palm-rest assembly over.
Peel the tape that secures the fingerprint-reader board and the power-button board to the palm-rest assembly.
Open the latch and disconnect the fingerprint-reader board cable from the fingerprint-reader board.
Peel the power-button board cable from the palm-rest assembly.
Remove the two screws (M2x3) that secure the power-button board to the palm-rest assembly.
Lift the power-button board, along with the cable, off the palm-rest assembly.
