Removing the keyboard
- Lift the latch, and disconnect the keyboard
cable [1], touchpad cable [2], trackstick cable [3] and back light(optional) [4] from the connector.
- To remove the keyboard:
- Remove the M2x2 screws that secure the keyboard to the computer [1].
- Pry the keyboard from the edge of the computer [2].
- Slide and lift the keyboard away from the
computer.
