Dear Dell Support Team,

I am the owner of a Dell Precision 5560 laptop, and the warranty on my device has now expired.

I am not requesting a warranty repair or free replacement. I am fully willing to purchase the required genuine Dell replacement parts and pay for the installation/service charges.

I currently need genuine Dell replacement parts for the following:

Precision 5560 – 86Wh genuine Dell battery
Precision 5560 – genuine Dell internal speaker assembly

I have already tried contacting Dell Pakistan and Dell International through the available support channels, but unfortunately I have not received a proper response or a way to purchase these parts through Dell.

I specifically want genuine/original Dell parts rather than third-party compatible replacements.

Please provide me with:

The exact Dell part numbers for my Service Tag
Availability of both parts
Price of each part
Availability in Pakistan or the nearest Dell-authorized source
Paid installation/service options, if available
Contact details of an authorized Dell service provider who can arrange these parts

I am ready to make the payment immediately once the genuine parts and their prices are confirmed.
