    • Great Security — Retaining physical possession of a failed hard drive helps ensure security of classified, proprietary or sensitive data. By retaining the defective hard drive, you have control over its disposal and mitigate the risk of expensive regulatory or civil liability
    • Complete Control — By keeping failed hard drives in-house, you decide how and when to dispose of your data. Tracking failed hard drives in-transit becomes a nonissue
    • Compliance — Because you are able to retain possession of sensitive information on your hard drives, you can comply with current data privacy regulations
    Contact your Dell sales representative to purchase Keep Your Hard Drive for other Dell systems that remain covered under the limited warranty and have not yet experienced a failed hard drive.

CompleteCover excludes theft, loss, and damage due to fire, intentional damage, acts of God or natural disasters, animals, pets or pests. Customer may be required to return unit to Dell. This service is only available in selected countries.
