Michelle Spratt is the EMEA ISG Demand Generation Manager. For Michelle, it’s all about fostering great relationships, whether that’s with customers and prospective clients or team members. She seeks to understand people’s emotions and figure out how they tick so that she can amplify the outcomes that mean the most. She enjoys seeing projects evolve from start to finish, nimbly navigating challenges along the way, and making sure that both the customers and team members walk away proud of what they’ve accomplished.
When she’s not crossing off items on her Dell to-do-list, she’s probably at a local fitness class, trying out a new recipe, or spending time with her husband Ian and their two children, Harrison and Holly.
