Delete data and remove passwords

Be sure to delete all data from your hard drive prior to recycling.

Complete online form to initiate request

Complete the online application form (linked here) and review the terms and conditions of our recycling program. For shipping address, please use the address where the carrier will pick up your equipment. Once you've completed and submitted the form, you'll receive a confirmation email from the carrier.

Package your equipment

Package your equipment using any suitable shipping box you have and affix shipping label. Note: PCs and monitors should be boxed separately. Wrap fragile materials to avoid damage. Each box should not exceed 20 kg.

Be present for carrier pickup

The carrier will arrive on the date specified in the email to collect your items. Be sure you are present for the scheduled pickup.
