Service Credits can be redeemed for Consulting Services (Artificial Intelligence, Multicloud, Modern Workforce, and Security and Resilience) as well as Custom Deploy Services and Managed and Residency Services. Services must be ordered and paid for as a bill-in-advance order to be eligible for redemption. For any additional questions on which services are in scope, please reach out to your Services Sales Representative.

Yes, Service Credits expire 12 months (or 365 days) following the invoice date; and must be redeemed within that window. Redemption means that the Service Credits have been allocated to service delivery. Delivery is not required to be complete for redemption.

Service Credits are non-refundable and must be used before their expiration date.

Service Credits can only be redeemed in the country and legal entity where they were originally purchased using the same currency. Additionally, Service Credits can only be redeemed for services that are available in the country where they were purchased.
