How to Run the Full Hard Drive Test in ePSA

This video will show you how to run a full hard drive test on your Dell computer using ePSA diagnostics.

Turn on your computer and tap the "F12" key at startup. Navigate to "Diagnostics" using the arrow keys and press "Enter". A full-system scan will begin automatically.

If you wish to test a specific component, press the "Esc" key to pause the scan. Click on the "Next" button. Select "Hard Drive". This will perform a quick test, which may take a few minutes. Lastly, share the diagnostic results with our technical expert.
