Once the canvas is properly physically connected to a host computer and both the computer and canvas are powered on, software installation can begin. The first time a user connects Canvas to a Windows 10 computer, the Canvas Connect application downloads and installs from the Windows Store to the user's host computer.
After the Canvas Connect application is installed, the user can launch it by searching for Canvas Connect in the Windows 10 Start menu. The Canvas Connect application provides an interactive first connect experience and a resource and access point for all operating system and application settings specific to Canvas.
Canvas Connect also provides access to the Canvas installer, which is a central hub for all of the Canvas software and firmware needed to fully optimize the user's canvas experience.
