Symptoms

Alienware 键盘用户可能会注意到，AWCC 中的电池电量无法达到 100%，或者在无线射频 （RF） 模式下

Cause

当设备 RF 转换器连接到计算机时，固件不会及时将电池信息返回给 AWCC。电池信息会在 AWCC 的后续查询期间更新，或者在电池电量发生变化时更新，设备会通知 AWCC 状态的变化。

Resolution
