Which Dell Docking Stations Support Windows 10

Some Dell Users have reported issues with a docking station after upgrading to Windows 10.

Note: The Dell Wireless Dock (D5000) is not Windows 10 compatible.

Compatible Docking Solutions

The following docking solutions are compatible with Windows 10.

  • Dell Docking Station-USB 3.0 (D3100)
  • Dell 4-in-1 Adapter (DA100 - USB 3.0)
  • Dell 4-in-1 Adapter (DA200 - USB Type C)
  • Dell 4-in-1 Adapter (DA300 - USB Type C)
  • Dell Monitor Stand with USB 3.0 Dock (MKS14)
  • Dell SuperSpeed USB Dock (D3000) (Driver update required)
  • E-Port and E-Port II (Port Replicator PR03X)
  • E-Port Plus and E-Port Plus II (Advanced Port Replicator PR02X)
  • Dell Dock (WD15)
  • Dell Thunderbolt Dock (TB16)
  • Dell Precision Dual USB-C Thunderbolt Dock: TB18DC

You can find drivers for your dock at this link to the Dell Support Website. Select Browse all products, click Electronics & Accessories, and click PC & Tablet Accessories. Select your Dell docking station model. Once you have selected your dock model, click the Drivers & Downloads link and the drivers available for that dock should be displayed.

Note: The Dell Wireless Dock (D5000) is not Windows 10 compatible.

 

If your dock model is not listed, the hardware has not been tested and drivers have not been updated for that model. Dell does not recommend an upgrade to Windows 10. To proceed with an upgrade to Windows 10 on an untested dock, Microsoft provides information and support for upgrade through their upgrade website This hyperlink is taking you to a website outside of Dell Technologies..
