Symptoms
When attempting to suspend an existing RDF pair, it results in an error:
RDF Operation will not be executed
For example:
symrdf suspend -sid <Array SN> -file <Devicefile> -rdfg <RDF (RA) Group Number>
Execute an RDF 'Suspend' operation for device file
'Devicefile' (y/[n]) ? yes
RDF Operation will not be executed.
Cause
Entering the word Yes instead of Y or N causes this error.
Resolution
This is working as designed.
When the SRDF command is run, and asks to enter y/[n], only type the letter y if wanting to perform the action. Do not type the full word "yes." If you want to cancel the action, type only the letter n.
This is applicable to all Solutions Enabler commands.
