NetWorker: Log files to collect and provide to Support for NetWorker Client for Open VMS

Instructions
Files and information needed for backup & restore problems:
From NetWorker Client running Open VMS:
- For backup issues the output of the following command:
mcr nsr$system:save "vvv -D9" -s <nw_server>
where <nw_server> is the name of the NetWorker Server
- For restore issues, the output of the following command:
mcr nsr$system:recover "vvv -D9" -s <nw_server>
where <nw_server> is the name of the NetWorker Server
- For all issues, output of the following commands:
$ tcpip show hosts/local
To show host table
$ tcpip netstat -p ip
To Display IP statistics
$ tcpip netstat -p tcp
To display TCP statistics
$ run sys$system:tcpip$nslookup <nw_servername>
To verify forward name lookup is working
$ run sys$system:tcpip$nslookup <nw_servern_ip_address>
To verify reverse name lookup is working
$ mcr nsr$system:rpcinfo -p <hostname>
To verfiy ports
$ show system
To list services running
From NetWorker Server:
daemon.raw file located in "/nsr/logs" on UNIX systems
or
"C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs" on Windows systems
or
"C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs" on Windows systems
