PowerEdge: PSU Redundancy Lost - part 5G4WK

Symptoms
This error may affect the Dell DPN 5G4WK - PWR SPLY,1100W,RDNT,DC,ART,V4 power supply in MFG date code 2019 - 2021. The end user may find this type of error in the TSR log:
5/10/2023 2:53 SEL System Health Critical RDU0012 Power supply redundancy is lost. 02/11/2022 1:57 SEL System Health Critical RDU0012 The system board PS1 PG voltage is outside of range.
Note: The end user may be using PSU redundant mode. Troubleshooting is required to identify the PSU failure before initiating the PSU replacement.
Cause
PSU failure of no main output and 12 V standby is due to component quality issue on IC56 and IC57 Driver IC for the second stage boost converter.
The IC resistor shifted the resistance and caused the mis-triggering of the Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO).
Resolution
The service stock has been cleared of any of those PSUs.
