About Remote Proactive Services (RPS):
Remote Proactive Services, formerly known as Remote Change Management (RCM) manages many common remote service activities.
It is our goal to let users get the maximum performance and reliability from their Dell products through proactive, efficient, and flexible change management services.
Our team is geographically dispersed with offices in Cairo, Cork, Draper, Irvine, and Shanghai.
Remote Proactive offers the following benefits:
