Symptoms

Viene segnalato un avviso critico in NSX-T per il problema della VM Edge.

Moref-id delle macchine virtuali Edge è corretto in vCenter Server.

Il problema si trova nella versione NSX-T 3.2.1.2 e VCF 4.5, ma non si è concluso che si tratta di un problema specifico della versione.

Descrizione dell'errore: 
The VM "Edge VM" with moref id "vm-xxxxx" corresponding to the Edge Transport node fede "Edge Transport node id" vSphere placement parameters is found in NSX inventory but is not present in vCenter. Please check if the VM has been removed in vCenter or is present with a different VM moref id.

Cause

Problema di sincronizzazione della configurazione tra NSX-T e vCenter Server

Resolution

Per risolvere il problema: 
  1. Aggiornare la connessione utilizzando il comando API.
  2. Verificare che sia disponibile il backup più recente di NSX-T.
  3. L'API può essere eseguita dalla piattaforma API "Postman".
  4. Utilizzare l'API POST riportata di seguito, aggiungere un account utente amministratore per l'autorizzazione e mantenere il tipo di contenuto come "xml".

Una volta completata correttamente, la risposta api è 200. L'avviso passa immediatamente a uno stato di "risoluzione". Non sono necessarie altre azioni.
