Symptoms
There have been reports of a flicker on an external monitor if the video output is from the HDMI port of a DA200 USB Adapter Dongle which is connected through a Type-C port on the rear of one of Dell's WD19, WD19S, WD19TB, WD19TBS, WD19DCS, or WD19DC docking Station.

Cause
The WD19/WD19S series of Type-C USB Docking Stations do not support this type of connection.
Resolution
The WD19/WD19S docks are working as designed.
If you want to use HDMI to an external monitor - connect the HDMI cable directly from the monitor to the back on the dock instead.
