NetWorker NVP-vProxy: Backup error: VM 구성 파일을 다운로드하지 못했습니다. HTTP 상태 코드: 500

Symptoms

세션 로그에 표시되는 오류: 
NOTICE:         "Description": "Failed to initialize Backup Descriptor.  Failed to download VM config file \"[Datastore_Name] VM_Folder/VM_Name.vmx\" into saveset file \"vm-####-config-file-0.cfg\".  HTTP Get request failed to download config file '[Datastore_Name] VM_Folder/VM_Name.vmx' using URL 'https://vCenter_Server_name/folder/VM_Folder/VM_Name.vmx?dcPath=Cluster_Name\Host_nameName=Datastore_Name'. HTTP Status code: 500."
vProxy 기반 백업이 동일한 환경의 다른 ESXi 클러스터에서 성공적으로 실행되고 있었습니다.

Cause

VMware 암호화가 활성화되었습니다. 확인하려면 VMware vSphere Client에서 VM 속성을 연 다음 엽니다. VM Options 탭에서 Encrypt VM이 암호화 정책으로 설정됩니다.

NetWorker에서 사용하는 VMware vCenter 계정에 암호화를 사용하여 백업하는 데 필요한 암호화 권한이 없습니다.

Resolution

VMware 내에서 NetWorker에 사용되는 vCenter 사용자 계정에 다음 사용 권한을 적용합니다.

  • 암호화 작업 > 디스크 추가
  • 암호화 작업 > 직접 액세스
  • 암호화 권한 > VM 등록
