Symptoms
向 SRS GW 注册嵌入式 U4P 并在 U4P 中选择 Send Data to CloudIQ 后，出现错误“Failed to process command： javax.ejb.EJBException Execution_Failed status 500”
当以 root 用户身份拨入阵列上的两个容器时，某些命令返回并显示消息“caller is not authorized the perform the requested operation”（例如 symaudit -sid XXXX list）。本地 SMC 用户在两个容器的 symauth 表中列为管理员，因此它应具有必要的权限。

Cause
存在阻止创建用于文件传输的目录 /CLOUDIQ_ESRS_FILES2 的权限问题。 这将阻止在 Unisphere for PowerMax 中启用 将数据发送到 CloudIQ 后发送数据。
Resolution
客户在 Unisphere 中选中了 Unisphere 360 支持 复选框，并使用 SRS GW 注销 U4P，等待 1 小时，使用 SRS GW 重新注册 U4P，并且在选中 将数据发送到 CloudIQ 复选框时没有错误。
总之，解决问题的步骤为：
1。在 Unisphere 中，转至 Settings > Preferences > General >选中 Unisphere 360 Support 。
2.转至 Settings > Mangement > Secure Remote Services ，然后使用 SRS GW 取消注册 Unisphere。
3.等待 1 小时。
4.转至 Settings > Mangement > Secure Remote Services ，然后向 SRS GW 重新注册 U4P。
5.转至 Settings > Mangement > CloudIQ 并选中 Send data to CloudIQ for local systems 复选框。
