Symptoms

  • De gebruikersinterface van de NetWorker Management Console (NMC) toont een pop-upbericht "Internal Server Error. Raadpleeg het consolelogboek voor meer informatie."
  • Het bericht wordt geopend wanneer u op resources klikt op het tabblad Bescherming in de NMC.
  • Policy's onder het tabblad Bescherming zijn niet zichtbaar in NMC.
  • De NMC heeft een Java-uitzondering vastgelegd:

Cause

Onjuiste planning geconfigureerd in de resource voor NSR Protection Policy. De planning die in het beleid is geconfigureerd, bestaat niet als een NSR-planningsresource.

Resolution

Bewerk het beleid om de juiste planning weer te geven. Vergelijk de naam van de planning die in de policy is geconfigureerd met de namen in de NSR-planningsresource.
Als de planning in het beleid bijvoorbeeld 'db_log' is terwijl in het NSR-schema de resource 'DB_LOG' wordt genoemd, vervangt u de planning in het beleid door 'DB_LOG'.
