Помилка оновлення на 10% з помилкою:

Cause

Перша причина:

  • Знайдено проблему в vCenter на оновленому домені WLD.
  • Служба vSphere-UI аварійно завершувала роботу через недостатній обсяг пам'яті в динамічній пам'яті
    Збій vsphere-UI
    Помилка нестачі пам'яті у Java
  • У файлі /var/log/vmware/vsphere-ui/logs/vsphere-ui-runtime.log.stout: 
    Dumping heap to /var/log/vmware/vsphere-ui/java_pid240884.hprof ...
Heap dump file created [968706533 bytes in 3.764 secs]
Terminating due to java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
  • Перевірка пам'яті динамічної пам'яті для інтерфейсу vsphere за допомогою наведеної нижче команди: 
    cloudvm-ram-size -l
    Перевірка динамічної пам'яті

Другий випуск:

  • Група дисків була відсутня для першого вузла в кластері
  • Не вдається додати групу дисків через першу проблему

 

Resolution

  • Збільшено пам'ять динамічної пам'яті до 2500 за допомогою наведеної нижче команди: 
    cloudvm-ram-size -C 2048 vsphere-ui
  • Після вирішення проблеми з vCenter додано відсутню групу дисків
  • Оновлення пройшло успішно
