Symptoms

Tous les services PowerProtect Data Manager ne peuvent pas être démarrés.

Dans l' var/log/brs/"service"/"service".out comme /usr/local/brs/adm/adm.out À titre d’exemple :

Cause

Les fichiers /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml étaient tous vides, de sorte que le service n’a pas pu être initialisé.

Resolution

À partir d’un autre PowerProtect Data Manager, obtenez le fichier équivalent pour /usr/local/brs/lib/*/config/logback.xml ou pour le service qui est en panne, et copiez-collez-le à l’emplacement où le logback.xml Le fichier est vide.
