Symptoms

이 문제는 새로 만든 서비스 계획이나 기존 Gold 또는 Silver 서비스 계획에서 Storage Order Preference 가 Snapshot으로 변경된 경우에 발생합니다.

서비스 계획을 실행할 때 매핑 단계가 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.

<SPP_000037 호스트 이름> 애플리케이션 <DBNAME>이 상주하는 스토리지 유형을 확인할 수 없습니다. Verify if the application is located on a supported EMC storage that has been added to AppSync.

Cause

실행 중인 서비스 계획을 생성하기 위해 잘못된 서비스 계획 템플릿을 선택한 경우 이러한 상황이 발생할 수 있습니다. 

예를 들어 AppSync는 Xtremio 어레이를 사용한 원격 스냅을 지원하지 않습니다. Silver 또는 Gold 서비스 계획을 사용하여 서비스 계획을 생성하고 스냅샷 기본 설정을 선택하면 이 문제가 발생합니다.


 

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하려면 Bronze 템플릿을 사용하여 새 서비스 계획을 생성합니다.

또는 Gold 또는 Silver 보호가 필요하고 환경에 RecoverPoint가 구축되어 있는 경우 Service Plan Properties의 Storage Ordered Preference 섹션인 Create Copy 단계에서 Bookmark 옵션을 선택할 수 있습니다.
