Cause
MC-LAG est affecté lorsque l’état de la session de conservation continue tombe en panne dans SONiC. Le keepalive dans SONiC est configuré avec une communication IPv4 L3 similaire à la liaison de sauvegarde dans OS9 et OS10, ce qui n’affecte généralement pas l’état du canal de port VLT. L’état de la liaison homologue dans OS9 et OS10 va affecter l’état du canal de port VLT à la place. Toutefois, dans SONiC, l’état de la session keepalive doit être up pour que MC-LAG soit opérationnel. Pour la liaison keepalive, émet des pulsations périodiques entre les périphériques homologues MC-LAG et est également utilisée pour synchroniser l’état entre les périphériques homologues MC-LAG. Contrairement à SONiC, OS9 et OS10 utilisent le lien homologue pour synchroniser l’état entre les périphériques homologues VLT.
Une fois le lien de session keepalive arrêté, l’état MC-LAG sur les deux périphériques homologues MC-LAG devient actif/inconnu en raison de l’échec de synchronisation entre les deux périphériques homologues.

Resolution
Pour que MC-LAG reste opérationnel sans problème, l’état de la liaison keepalive doit également rester opérationnel. Le port de gestion est généralement utilisé pour la liaison keepalive, mais le canal de port avec l’adresse IP qui lui est attribuée peut être utilisé pour la liaison keepalive à des fins de redondance. Le comportement (ce MC-LAG sera affecté lorsque l’état de liaison keepalive s’arrête) décrit dans cet article de la base de connaissances est attendu dans toutes les versions au moins jusqu’à la version SONiC 4.2.0.
