Symptoms

마운트 절차가 완료된 후 폴더를 탐색하면 다음과 유사한 오류가 발생합니다.
 

400: Failed to update FLR session. Could not get directory contents. Unable to retrieve file list from IP_of_VM (vm-######) path 'C:\Folder_Name' offset 0. Unable to perform FLR Agent operation 'browse_files' on VM IP_of_VM (vm-######). Cannot open 'C:\Program Files (x86)\EMC\vProxy FLR Agent\flr\mountpoints\FLR##########\00-C$\Folder_Name': open C:\Program Files (x86)\EMC\vProxy FLR Agent\flr\mountpoints\FLR##########\00-C$\Folder_Name: Access is denied.

Cause

옵션 설정C. 수동 해결 방법은 타겟 VM 호스트에서 직접 파일을 복구하는 것입니다.

  1. 로컬 또는 도메인 관리자 수준 계정을 사용하여 파일을 복구할 타겟 VM에 로그인합니다.
  2. Windows 탐색기를 사용하여 원하는 폴더를 찾습니다.  C:\Program Files (x86)\EMC\vProxy FLR Agent\flr\mountpoints\FLR##########\00-C$\Folder_Name
    참고:  FLR########## 폴더 이름은 FLR 작업이 실행될 때마다 변경되며 작업 ID입니다.
  3. 필요한 파일 또는 폴더를 원하는 위치에 수동으로 복사합니다.
  4. PowerProtect Data Manager UI로 돌아가서 파일이 복원되면 복구를 취소합니다.
