Note: Dell Technologies recommends using the Dell OS Recovery Tool to download the OEM version of Windows that was shipped with your device. Dell-provided recovery images for your device contain supported drivers and Dell apps. To get started, refer to our Create an OS Recovery Image with the Dell OS Recovery Tool page.
