Symptoms

組建 VxRail 後，無法從 vSphere 主控台，但無法從桌面主控台。 

顯示啟動 VM 主控台時 MKS 故障的螢幕擷取畫面  

由於此錯誤，無法開啟 Web 用戶端：

[400] An error occurred while sending an authentication request to the vCenter Single Sign-On server - An error occurred when processing the metadata during vCenter Single Sign-On setup - java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: no SSLSocketFactory specified.

Cause

這是 DNS 問題。嘗試按名稱對 ESXi 主機執行 ping 操作。如果您沒有收到任何回應，請確定您的 ESXi 節點有 DNS 主機項目。

Resolution

將 ESXi 伺服器的主機項目放入 DNS 或本機桌面主機檔案中。
位置：

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

喜歡：

192.168.225.102 esxi2.testlab.com
192.168.225.103 esxi3.testlab.com

* 請確定 vCenter 與 VxRail Manager 之間的時間同步。
