Symptoms

Avamar 백업이 Windows 암호화 파일 시스템 폴더 내에 있는 파일을 백업하지 못합니다.

다음 클라이언트 로그 메시지가 생성됩니다.

2009-11-16 15:26:56 avtar Error <5737>: I/O error: Unable to open encrypted file "C:\HZD\directory\somefile.pdf" (code 5: Access is denied).
2009-11-16 15:26:56 avtar Error <5137>: Unable to open "C:\HZD\directory\somefile.pdf" (code 5: Access is denied).

 

Cause

avagent가 "로컬 시스템" 사용자 프로세스로 실행 중이며 타겟 파일을 읽을 권한이 없습니다. 이는 파일이 암호화되었는지 여부에 관계없이 해당됩니다.

Resolution

타겟 파일을 읽는 데 필요한 권한과 함께 avagent가 실행 중인 사용자를 제공합니다.
