The CMOS battery has failed

在更换电池之前，可能会遇到意外的系统行为。

Cause

如果电池电压降至阈值以下，则会发布警报 （EVT-ENVIRONMENT-00032）。系统电池（又称纽扣电池、CMOS 或 RTC）具有可按预期工作的最低电压阈值。任何低于给定阈值的读数都被视为电池故障，应立即更换。

对于传统 Data Domain 系统，电压必须为 > 2.2 伏。

对于 PowerProtect Data Domain 系统，电压必须为 > 3v。

Resolution

对于所有传统 Data Domain 系统：
  • Dell Technologies 不库存系统电池。
  • 必须派发更换用 SP。
对于当前的 PowerProtect Data Domain 系统：
  • PowerProtect（DD3300、DD6900、DD9400、DD9900 或更新型号）
  • 必须派送更换系统电池。
