Symptoms

自 Artemis DD4200、DD4500、DD7200 以来的平台;Apollo （DD9500）、Apollo+ （DD9800） 和 EOS T2、T3、T4（DD9300、DD9600）支持多种配置，具有不同的内存、I/O SLIC、HDD 或 CPU 的大小、计数和放置选项，具体取决于许可和所使用的功能。

此类可变特征和配置的示例包括：

  • 扩展内存
  • 扩展的存储容量
  • 高速缓存磁盘
  • Extended Retention
  • HA 主动-被动
  • LTR（云层）

Cause

此示例适用于安装了不受支持的 I/O SILIC 的 DD9500：

  • Eth5a 是从 dd4200/4500/7200 平台获取的不受支持的四端口 1G 铜质 SLIC
  • 插槽 8 具有来自 DD4200/4500/7200 平台的不受支持的 8G FC SLIC（DD9500 平台仅支持 16G FC SLIC）
  • 生成警报 ID p0-9 是因为 DD9500HA 系统的插槽 9 必须保持为空，并且它安装了 SLIC。

  • 所有不受支持的 SLIC 配置都会发送警报，尽管不受支持的硬件可能仍显示为正常工作的接口。
