Symptoms

SourceOne Email Management Journal archive jobs fail with the following errors logged in ExAsArchive.exe.log file located on the processing archive servers: 
Failed to Store Message 

601487AA42C6BAA8D50140735ECCFC0F0C52F46DEE296B1800 in Folder: Archiveservername (0x86042707) 
Unknown error (0x80040451)

The function call: {Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.FolderMessage'.'IX_FolderMessage_VolumeId' in database 'ES1Archive' because the 'Archiveservername' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup. Native error: 1105 SQL State: 42000 } , failed.         (0x8604013D)

Cause

The drive where the SourceOne Archive database is stored on the SQL server is low on available space.

Resolution

Increase the drive space on the SQL server where the SourceOne Archive database is stored, or change the database storage location. Further details on moving the SQL data can be found in the Administration guide.
