Symptoms

  • NetWorker/AUTHC Server es un servidor Linux o un dispositivo NVE.
  • Los inicios de sesión de NetWorker Management Console (NMC) fallan con lo siguiente:

  • El comando nsrauthtrust en NetWorker Server falla y muestra el mensaje:
# nsrauthtrust -H authc_server_hostname -P 9090
125927:nsrauthtrust: Failed to retrieve certificate: GET failed with HTTP-ERROR: 404
Server Message : Could not parse server-response from json string
  • /opt/lgtonmc/gst/logs/gstd.raw tiene el siguiente error:

Cause

Hay un problema con la base de datos de autenticación en el directorio /nsr/authc/. En esta situación, el puerto de autenticación (valor predeterminado: 9090) puede estar activo y responder a las pruebas de conexión: nsrports -t authc_server_hostname -p 9090
Pero la autenticación falla. 

Resolution

  1. Inicie sesión en NetWorker Server mediante SSH y cambie al usuario raíz:
sudo su -
  1. Detenga los servicios de NetWorker en el servidor authc :
nsr_shutdown
  1. Verifique que los servicios se hayan detenido:
ps -ef | grep nsr

Nota: Es posible que vea algunos servicios de NMC (gst) en ejecución; no es necesario detenerlos.
  1. Ejecute el siguiente comando para volver a configurar authc: 
/opt/nsr/authc-server/scripts/authc_configure.sh
  1. NetWorker Service de inicio:
systemctl start networker
  1. Inicie sesión en NMC con la cuenta de administrador de NetWorker.

Additional Information

Si tenía AD o LDAP integrado anteriormente, se debe volver a agregar. Esto se puede hacer desde NMC en Configurar > usuarios y funciones > Autoridad externa. No se eliminan los permisos aplicados a los usuarios de AD antes de realizar este procedimiento. La autoridad externa se debe volver a agregar a authcdb.
