Symptoms
When running command line backup using avsql command and specifying " " as a target, getting an error No targets after expansion!
For Example:

Cause
As per Documentation (SQL Plug-in Guide, 7.3 page 158):
To back up all SQL Server data (all databases in all instances on the client), specify the domain and client name, and then leave the backup target as a blank space between the quotation marks ( ) at the end of the command.
This is a documentation bug.

Resolution
Do not use " " as a target - remove it from the command line. To backup all instances from the client there is no need to specify the target.
