Microsoft Exchange 2010 및 Microsoft Exchange 2016이 혼합된 환경에서는 EMC SourceOne 이메일 관리 저널링 작업이 실패합니다.

Cause

혼합 환경에서 Exchange 2010에 대한 Microsoft 업데이트로 인해 충돌이 발생합니다.

Resolution

2010/2016 공존의 경우 작동하려면 특정 요구 사항이 있습니다.

이러한 요구 사항은 다음과 같습니다.    
  • 서비스 계정 사서함은 항상 더 낮은 Exchange 버전에 있어야 합니다. 2016년으로 이동할 마지막 사서함이어야 합니다. Exchange 2010은 RPC over https로 구성되어야 합니다.
  • Exchange 2016에서는 RPC over https를 사용하도록 설정해야 합니다. 기본적으로 Exchange 2016에는 SourceOne에서 지원하지 않는 https를 통한 MAPI가 있습니다. 사용자는 https를 통해 RPC를 활성화하고 올바르게 구성해야 합니다.
  • 모든 SourceOne 서버에는 Outlook 2010 SP2 + KB2889819만 있어야 합니다. 다른 HF 또는 업데이트가 없습니다. Outlook에 대한 업데이트를 사용하지 않도록 설정해야 합니다.
  • Outlook에서 프록시 서버가 2016 서버를 가리키는 https를 통해 RPC를 사용하도록 프로필을 구성해야 합니다. 이러한 변경 내용의 경우 자동 검색을 구성합니다.
  • 설치 가이드에 따라 2016에서 올바른 사서함 사용 권한을 설정합니다.
